She’s going and on about how beautiful it is and telling us stories of the many times she and her family have been there.

Aw, man. Mine's 37" and I'm in awe of that. It's what'll fit in the TV cabinet. But, the surround sound helps. It took awhile for my wife to acclimate to it, but now that's what we use. Much of the acclimation had to do with two remotes. Life is good...
