God was manifest in the flesh though CHRIST. God the Father (the God of Abraham) was ALWAYS ETERNAL, not once a man like us as the LDS teach.

Read 1 Tim in context resty dear.

Yup reaganaut, just like the left change the defintion of words so it fits!

God of Abraham is called Jahovah aka Jesus Christ.

Elohim is the Father of Jesus Christ.

The God of Abraham is Jehovah aka Jesus Christ who once was a man and now is Eternal.

1 Tim 3

16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory

John 14

11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

15 ¶If ye love me, keep my commandments.

16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

John 20

17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them,

I ascend unto my Father,

and your Father;

and to my God,

and your God.

The Bible continues to testify to the Father and His Son Jesus Christ.

John 5

19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you,

The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do:

for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.

20 For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth:

and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.

21 For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will.

22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
