And what criteria are you using for determining whether someone is a Christian or not?
Fidelity to Jesus and the word of God or fidelity to the Roman Church?
i’ll let you use whatever criteria you want.
just name someone from the third century and sixth century that from their writings or what was written about them, you consider someone you would call a Christian.
each century has 100 years and millions of people who lived in those 100 years.
i am asking for only two names.
i won’t ask you to do anything i won’t do.
so for my third century Christian i would say Cyprian of Carthage.
sixth century, Pope Gregory.
let’s see what the so called christians can come up with.
Christianity establish the criteria unambiguously in the Apostles Creed which proceeded from the Great Commission. First of in the Interrogatory Creed Of Hippolytus in 215 AD and, in response to heresies and controversies, clarified and codified in 325 AD at Nicea in the Nicene Creed which established the baseline for Canon. If you do not adhere to the entire Apostles Creed you simply are not Christian.
