The answer to that is the Primate -- Roman slaves, soldiers etc. had "marks" identifying their status in society. And yes it was on the right hand or forehead.

No we are not the same guys who were discussing that in all of those other periods, unless we have been dying and re-incarnating at the exact time periods to be alive to discuss this when those events occured.

Which is possibly possible, but is not a sure thing. If so, I wish I could remember what it was like in each of those life times, then I could write a possibly best selling book.

Going back to your incorrect statement that "Caesar" was Nero's title not name, here's another historical lesson -- the 5 good emperor, from Nerva to Marcus Antoninus were all adoptees and not necessarily related to their predecessor's.

The “Nero” theory has been around a long time, but it’s good to reflect on it again.

My memory says that it’s weaknesses are twofold:

1. It doesn’t take into account all scripture on the subject.

2. Most early Church fathers were unaware of it and continued to ponder who the beast might be. Apparently, no one clued them in that the Nero was the fulfillment even though they lived through it or knew others who had.

My personal opinion is that there will be a future person so similar to Nero that he could be his returned clone. (Or maybe something in the same sense as Jesus said that John the Baptist and Elijah were the same “if you could receive it.” IOW, so similar as to be the same.)

The number of the first beast is 666 — Revelation 13:18. There is fearful retribution from God for any who receive the mark of the beast — Revelation 14:9-11.
The saints who reject the mark of the beast will be those who keep the commandments of God and have Christ’s faith — Revelation 14:12. The redeemed will have overcome the beast’s mark — Revelation 15:2,3. And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth. And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.…And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto them the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. Those with the mark of the beast receive the seven last plagues — Revelation 16:1,2.

The Antichrist is cast into the lake of fire and brimstone — Revelation 19:20. And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (Revelation 20:4).
Those who reject the work of the beast will reign with God for 1000 years — Revelation 20:4.

Can you give me both the name of the man who met those conditions and the time in the history of the world when those exact Biblical conditions existed?

Those are a few of the descriptions of the coming Antichrist as God describes him. Did Nero meet those requirements?

Also, Scripture states that Jesus Christ Himself will throw the Antichrist alive into hell:

Nero committed suicide. How do we reconcile the inerrant truth of Scripture, that Jesus Christ will personally throw the Antichrist into hell, with the fact that Nero committed suicide?

Strangely enough, Suetonius said the same thing

Let's see the requirements for the Antichrist you stated:

Arises from the fourth beast (the Roman Empire) of Daniel 7:7,8. --> the Roman Empire is dead. It died in 1453. No matter who wanted to "revive" it, it's dead, not Mussolini, no one else. It's as dead as the Parthian Empire --> Nero did arise from the Roman Empire

"Displaces 3 of the 10 kingdoms into which the Roman Empire disintegrated" --> ok, firstly, the Roman Empire never disintegrated into kingdoms. the western Empire ended in 476 when Odoacer deposed Romulus Augustulus. The eastern Roman empire continued - and technically as they would state (even by their name) they WERE the Roman Empire.

the Western Roman Empire was not replaced by 10 kingdoms -- if you count all of the various states that were created, they're more than 10: the Suevians, Visigoths, Soissons, Britons in Armorica, Odoacer's kindom, Allemagnes, Burgundians, Franks, Ostrogoths, Gepids and the various numerous statelets of the Romano-Britons.

None of those statelets or domains survive to this day, no, not even the Franks.

Daniel's evens in Daniel 7 already happened --> the 4 kings are:

The Greek Empire under the Macedonians
The Seleucid Empire

and the king Antiochus IV Epiphanes was the one who massacred Jews young and old, womenand infants, over 80,000

do read 7:25 it actually says "they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time" --> the Jews WERE given into Antiochus' hand as he divided them into Hellenizers (Sadduccees) and traditionals (the Maccabees)

"His dominion shall be taken away in the judgment " -- it actually says "26But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end." --> the Seleucid empire was utterly destroyed

Now then you have mixed two different evil ones — Daniel’s guy was Antiochus, Rev talks of Nero - the beast who wanted to be worshiped as divine

And, if we are going to go by Eusebius then we have to accept Eusebius' assertion that Revelation was written after 95 AD and thus the Nero theory again gets blown out ot the water.

And not only have you mixed Daniel with Revelation but added in Isaiah's reference to the ACTUAL Assyrians into the mix.

Is 14 "25That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders." --> The Israelites were smitten by the Neo-Assyrian Empire. And yup, the Assyrians were destroyed utterly.

Secondly, it says that the beast is thrown into the fiery lake of sulfur, not that Christ personally throws them -- where did you get that "personally" bit?

Finally, who says that Jesus Christ who reigns NOW in heaven didn't get Nero tossed into heck for his sins?
