OK, as the manager of the YBPDLN PL I did some research. It was reported a couple days ago that a judge has ruled the the cause of Tims's death can be released. The release is still pending.

It has been reported that officials found a packet of powder in his pocket. Tims had a history of problems as a result of a drug addiction.
