Could one of the Catholics please respond to my comments about the Ustasha? Please try to defend this to me. How does this follow your Apostolic Tradition, which proceeds from the Holy Spirit?
Not only were their crimes against humanity so heinous as to be decried by the Nazis, they (the priests and friars doing the executions) would toy with their victims and take photos with them right before they began to torture them.
Their favorite use of torture was to use hammers and smash their victim’s skulls. On children they used rubber mallots.
This was all with the full knowlege of Pope Pius. Somehow, this group and its activities have been scrubbed from our history books.
Please stop with the pious “We’re the only ones. We gave you the Holy Scriptures”. What matters are your actions. If this is the actions of “the only ones”, I’ll take my chances elsewhere.
Just as not everyone who says "Lord, Lord" will enter the kingdom of heaven, not everyone who claims to be Catholic is of the Church or of God.
Ustashi were scum, whether clergy or laity. There are sinners among us all. Would you say that there are no sinners among whichever sect of Christianity or non-Christianity of yours? Christians may be hideous,whether Christians in an Apostolic Church or outside, but that has no bearing on the light of Christianity.
