Mary sealed to Heavenly Father by LDS proxy temple rites The Mormon Baptism of Mary, Mother of God

By Helen Radkey

Hail Holy Queen

Mary (the mother of Jesus) was a Jewish woman of Nazareth in Galilee, identified in the New Testament as the wife of Joseph and the mother of Jesus of Nazareth. Christians believe Mary conceived Jesus miraculously by the agency of the Holy Spirit. For twenty centuries, Christians have cherished Mary and given her titles that reflect their love and admiration—such as the Blessed Virgin Mary, Theotokos (Mother of God), Our Lady, and Queen of Heaven. As the most celebrated woman in Christendom, Mary is considered the epitome of virtue by Christians, especially Catholics and Orthodox. Protestants generally perceive Mary as an outstanding example of a life dedicated to God. Over two thousand years after she gave birth to Jesus Christ—who is recognized by Christians and Mormons as the Redeemer of mankind—Mary of Nazareth was offered “eternal salvation” through The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS.)

Mary, a Mormon by proxy

“Mary Mother of Jesus,” the spouse of “Joseph „of the House of David‟…” was baptized and confirmed a member of the LDS Church by proxy on December 9, 2009 in the Idaho Falls Idaho (LDS) Temple. She was subjected to initiatory temple ordinances on December 16, 2009; an endowment ceremony on December 26, 2009; and a sealing to parents on January 7, 2010—all rites occurred in the Idaho Falls Idaho Temple.

No logic, just grasping at straws to validate an argument only the anit-Mormons want to have with everyone they come in contact with.

*sheesh*

Wasted bandwidth. You can’t control everyone in the world and force them to your way of thinking, which is what you’re trying to do every time you find “fresh meat.”

and, of course, Another Testament of Jesus Christ.

And poorly written fiction at that.

What? “Proxy endowed and sealed?” To WHOM??? And why was there a need? *sheesh*

- - - - - -
Mary Magadelene, Mary and Martha. Yeah and why was there a need since supposedly the Temple in Jerusalem had the same rites as modern LDS temples.

According to Mormonism, Jesus should have taken out his ‘endowments’ and been sealed before dying, since that is the ONLY way you can make it to godhood.

It’s not “my” Book of Mormon.

You have no clue where I hang my hat or even if I wear one.

Well I know you are on the LDS ping list Resty had that was all LDS members and others have referenced your Mormonism as well.

Aside from that, you are defending a doctrine that isn’t Biblical.

Sounds good. But as usual, you have no clue, and just join the bashers because you like to bash.

I’m not going to play into your silly statements. YOU are funny! HAHAHAHAHAHA!

Keep posting...it’s Monday and I need a good laugh.

Being on an LDS ping list doesn’t make me a Mormon any more than being on a Catholic ping list will make me a Catholic.

The Truth doesn’t need “defending.” It stands on its own.

Telling the truth isn’t bashing. And my years of Mormonism shows I have more than a clue.

How about actually addressing the issue? Oh that’s right, you can’t because Mormonism is indefensible!

The whole idea of Jesus needing to have temple work is insane yet someone did it, although more often Mormons claim he had taken out his endowments in Jerusalem when he was living. Either way, God doesn’t need secret handshakes and stupid oaths like the LDS ones.

Speaking of CLUE; do you have one for me?

I've been trying to find the "fullness of the Gospel" in the Book of MORMON; but try as I may; I just can NOT locate it.

Could you (or any other hat wearing MORMON) help in this cause?

I'm just SURE it's there; as JS SAID so and it IS engraved in STONE!

Again?

Y’all must think I personally had something to do with the publishing of the Book of Mormon, the establishing of the LDS Church, and the birth of Joseph Smith.

As I said: The Truth stands on its own merit. Nothing you can say or do will ever change that.

Are you talking to me? What issue? All I see is a bunch of blather trying to disguise itself as a logical argument.

Sorry.

I’m still laughing, but I’ll have to give y’all an A for effort.

I agree.

I frankly don’t care what you believe or don’t believe. In order to care, I’d have to think about you and your beliefs and I don’t, because you don’t contribute anything to my life except occasional amusement. Like today.
