We need to tell our bishops that the options laid out so far are not worthy of the Church Militant. The only appropriate option is for our laity to stand in solidarity with our bishops, and for our bishops and other religious administrators to publicly defy the mandate and keep the institutions open without compliance.

The good Cardinal is right, but the tense is wrong. Obama has already established a state church. He is now moving to enforce it.

Cardinal Francis George is exactly, precisely wrong if he thinks we'll "need" to secularize our institutions.

He forgets that Peter, Paul, and every apostle except John died in jail; and John died in exile. Cardinal George "needs" to go to jail--- with the rest of us. Because we are not going to give in.

I think we all need to get ready to defy Obama and resist ObamaCare. Churches, hospitals, doctors, businesses, individuals... everybody. We need to resist. I am personally prepared to be resist and am willing to go to jail. I will not buy a Gov’t mandated OCommieCare policy. and I am willing to go to jail.
