Godzilla, I am sorry you are so prone to judge and so anxious to somehow “catch me in my words,” or whatever it is you are trying to do..

Chrsit took care of my sins with His atonement and I have repented (as He commanded us to) and come unto Him and accepted His atonement and great gift in my life. I am not perfect...but will be perfected through Him.

As an imperfect human, I still do wrong things...we all do...but His atonement is sufficient for me and I do as He commanded and take the sacrement in rememberance of Him each week and the convenant I made with Him when I accepted His atonement and great gift in my life.

As I have said many times to you now on this thread...I am content to let Him judge me accordingly...and look forward to that day, whenever it shall come in His time.

And with that...I believe I will now go about lurking and surfing the site and web for other threads and topics of interest, where I may feel inclined to become involved with...or not...as the case may be.

Again, God’s speed to you, and I pray we can all come together and turn our nation around...back to its fundamental moral and Republican principled foundation and roots, so we, our kids, and our grandkids can continue to enjoy the great bleesings of liberty that we have been so graciously blessed with in our Republic.

Jeff, which Christ would that be? Jesus of Nazareth who was God's perfect Passover Lamb or Jesus, the brother of Lucifer? A false Christ will give you a false salvation.

Ignore was NOT on the list of options; only repudiate or affirm.

I am not 'catching' your words - don't need to. Just pointing out your inconsistencies with mormon doctrine. For example -

. . . . I have repented (as He commanded us to)

Really - you no longer sin and sinning is no longer part of your life. YOUR mormon doctrine says otherwise Jeff -

DOCTRINE AND COVENANTS 58:43: “By this ye may know if a man repenteth of his sins—behold, he will confess them and forsake them.”

You tell us you still sin Jeff - then according to mormon doctrine listed above you haven't repented. Were you aware of this from you 42 years of mormonism? Further -

DOCTRINE AND COVENANTS 25:15: “Keep my commandments continually, and a crown of righteousness thou shalt receive. And except thou do this, where I am you cannot come.”

In that you say you are sinful, you apparently do not keep the commandments continually.

What you are stating is in opposition to mormon doctrine Jeff. Some could even say you are being deceptive by covering up these doctrines.

I do as He commanded and take the sacrement in rememberance of Him each week

Are you 'repenting' every week too - further evidence you haven't repented according to the mormon doctrines. Since you have to renew you covenants on at least a weekly basis - doesn't that make you a covenant breaker?

Joseph Smith said: “Repentance is a thing that cannot be trifled with every day. Daily transgression and daily repentance is not that which is pleasing in the sight of God.” —Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, p. 148

“Discontinuance of the sin must be permanent....the former transgressor must have reached a ‘point of no return’ to sin wherein there is not merely a renunciation but also a deep abhorrence of the sin — where the sin becomes most distasteful to him and where the desire or urge to sin is cleared out of his life.” — The Miracle of Forgiveness, pp. 176, 354-355

I can say right now I would be in the presence of heavenly father when I die - if you honestly and truthfully follow mormon doctrine you can't.

Jeff, in this post, you refer to Christ, but I wonder which Christ you are referring to?

Are you referring to the Biblical Christ, the eternal Son of God, neither created, nor made, but eternally God - the SAME God as God the Father and God the Holy Spirit, the Triune God - the creator of heaven and earth, the One God who provided the Gospel of Grace that provides salvation for all humans who are unworthy?

- OR -

Are you referring to the mormonic Christ, a created spirit being, who later became one of 4 Mormon Earth Gods: Heavenly Father, The Mormon Jesus, The Holy Ghost, and Heavenly Mother, and one of thousands or perhaps millions of mormon gods spread throughout the galaxies?

These two Christs have nothing in common except the their name. Which are you referring to in your post?
