"In every case I can recall, I found that if you took a devout Catholic and put them in an ecumenical setting of bible studies, they'll become a Protestant." We are experiencing exactly the opposite at our parish. I think it has to do with a realization that Scripture isn't some mythological story or a fictitious morality play. It is a history of the Church.
