Highest peak on the East Coast? Isn’t it Mount Mitchell, NC?
Kinda depends on how you define east coast. I am pretty sure Cadillac Mountain on My Desert Island in Maine is the highest summit directly adjoining the coast. Clingmans Dome in Tennessee/North Carolina is the highest point in tha Appalachians and east of the Mississippi.
