Correction: The problem is there are not very many conservative catholics(sic), if you're rather obtuse and believe what you hear, see and read from the DLEMM - Dominant Liberal Establishment Mass Media. The reality, however, is quite different.

The reality is in how Catholics vote, as long as the Catholic denomination produces a strong majority of liberal democrats, and have for many generations, then we just cannot call the Catholics fundamentally conservative.

We will never see the Catholic vote become consistently republican and pro-life, but we can help it to become less dependably democrat.
