This moron starts out citing the First Amendment—when the “no religious test” clause is elsewhere.

Moreover, the electorate is at liberty to consider ANYTHING an issue, regardless of what the Constitution says—in precisely the same way that the public is NOT required to presume criminal defendants “innocent until proven guilty.”

Then, he reels off a bunch of Mormon beliefs that have nothing whatsoever to do with any conceivable public policy question.

And he does all this in violation of HIS bogus “understanding” of the Constitution.

Not only that, but the religious test applies to legal qualifications for office. Members of a political party can impose any qualifications they desire on candidates they select to run for office.

The religious test refers to the government, not individuals.
