Yes, you are correct. This series was put together around 2006, I believe. Later he came to believe a three - 7 year pattern existed, were the peace treaty with Israel which began in Oslo was renewed every 7 years. This caused him to reinterpret the beginning of the tribulation around 2011, IIRC.

That pattern too failed. He was suppose to share new thoughts on the matter on his weekly SNL (Shabbat Night Live) program, about 2 weeks ago but he has become ill and his last 2 shows have been encores of previous shows.

He usually prefaces his predictions with the statement, "if we interpret correctly", as he does toward the end of the last video. As you said above, the real meat in this video is his 30+ years working to solve the problems with Daniel's 70 week prophecy and the 3 days and 3 nights that Christ was in the earth issue.

His theology is indeed sound and well documented. But like everyone else, the beginnings of the end times confounds all who attempt to determine its start date.

May God Bless Michael Rood and make him well. We need more who are willing to do the hard work in search of the truth which has been hidden from inhabitants of the earth for centuries!

Irvin Baxter has also obviously done a huge amount of hard work researching Bible prophecy. He’s on some of the Christian channels, his program is The End Time Is Now! While he doesn’t set dates; much of his thinking seems pretty reasonable.
