The sin nature is passed from the fathers to the children (Romans), presumably in the act of conception. Since Jesus was conceived without normal sexual relations ... the sin nature was not passed to him from a human father ... and He could be born of a human woman without the sin nature.
The sin nature is passed from the father only.

God our Father did not condemn mankind when Eve sinned. It came when Adam sinned.
There was no need for Mary to be anything other than a virgin to prove she had not been with a man. All the commentary of her being the second Eve, born sinless, living a sinless life, remaining a virgin and all the other things attributed to her shows just how good a deceiver the god of this world, Satan, is.

Only One lived a sinless life and died for our sins, our Lord, Christ Jesus. He is the only one God our Father will allow us to bow down to.
