Bishops are just pastors, IOW teachers, Apostle was a decidedly separate office that no longer exists. There were only 12 Apostles (not counting Judas who never was given that office)

I would like to know as well. There is not a lot of primary sources on Constantine. Eusebius is probably the nearest one who showed some (*Some* rather loosely) form of objectivity. The others like Aurelius Victor wrote about secular happenings. The rest were one-sided secondary propaganda pieces criticizing or praising Constantine's reign (Written long after he died btw).
