In the Word, all olive trees are the genetic nation of Israel.
The Natural Olive is the in covenant House of Judah, and the wild olive trees are the various congregations of the dispersed, out of covenant, House of Israel (the Northern tribes).
That fact is set out clearly in the book of Hosea where he spells out the divorce and subsequent re-marriage of the House of Israel.
The scriptures, as referenced in the NT are the ancient Tanakh, and they are the entire plan of Yehova.
