The problem is the motivation for those ‘good qualities’. They are trying to get people to convert (often by lying) and are trying to earn godhood and ‘do their part’ in earning their salvation.

However, once you leave, esp if you become a Christian, they shun you, lie and gossip about you and turn on you very quickly. My ministry is helping those who have left Mormonism for Christianity deal with those kinds of issues so I see them every single day and see the damage those ‘nice people’ do to others.

Remember ???

I think it was her...

Backed into a corner the Johannes comma would somehow appear in a thread about something unrelated..

That is really is so misleading my conversion took place before I ever met with a missionary.

It was my bench mark the Bible and the Holy Ghost who witness to in an answer to a prayer

When ever I encounter anti LDS stuff I always took it to the Lord for understanding.

Matter of fact I would go to Christian book store during my investigation of the Church before I was baptized
I left no stone un turn.

So no one was lying to me my conversion was a one on one with the Lord even today

I always love it when the Lord teaches me and editifies me oh what sweet joy.

I have been a member since 1982 and so much has this last year been unfolding of good things my heart wants to share with all who can received Babylon is falling but oh what joy the Lord has in store for all of His children once the dust settles. There is still much trial and tribulations ahead but those who hold on to the Rod and endure to the end will be so blessed in the thousand years of peace.
