Mary is the Mother of God. Ignore Her at your own risk.
No. God is self-existent. He had no beginning and has no end. God is the Creator. Mary is the created.

[26] When Jesus therefore had seen his mother and the disciple standing whom he loved, he saith to his mother: Woman, behold thy son. [27] After that, he saith to the disciple: Behold thy mother. And from that hour, the disciple took her to his own. John; Chapter 19.
One question, Old Yeller: Do you believe Jesus Christ is God?

I think that Old Yeller is saying that Jesus is fully God and fully man. As a man, He has a mother, Mary. As God, He is eternal, the alpha and omega, with no beginning and no end. That means that Mary is the mother of Jesus the person, but not the mother of God. Right?
