So how do "Spirit-filled believers" know that they are on the right track? Does the Holy Spirit TELL them so?
Do they, the "Spirit-filled believers," NEVER get it even SLIGHTLY wrong? Do they, the "Spirit-filled believers," ALWAYS get it right?
Do you include the "Spirit-filled believers" who are illiterate? Blind? Deaf? Mute? Incarcerated?
Just curious.

By the way: if some Catholics believe that they are allowed to interpret the Word of God as they wish, then they are NOT Catholics. They are heretics.
Some of what Luther called the "enthusiasts" are essentially monotheists of the Third Person of the Most Holy Trinity; but most of the enthusiasts are idolaters of the Zeitgeist (the spirit of the age).
Do they, the “Spirit-filled believers,” NEVER get it even SLIGHTLY wrong? Do they, the “Spirit-filled believers,” ALWAYS get it right?
Perhaps I didn’t explain myself correctly. A person should always make sure that relgious literature, sermon, or doctrine lines up with the Bible. Many who attend churches where heretical teaching is being taught have no clue about what they hear because they don’t read the Bible.
As you know Catholic and Protestant Churches have problems with pastors, priests, etc. who have strayed from the truth.
Reading the Bible with an open mind and without a commentary, allows the Scripture to speak for itself. Try it.
As for the others you mention, God has fashioned the heart of every person to know there is a Creator. We all are accountable to Him.
