Yup. My denomination does just that.
2) Study actual real history, not the rantings of certain anti-Catholic bigots.
As soon as someone reads "actual real history," along with understanding the Bible, they realize the Catholic church is wrong on many things. That just earns them the title of anti-Catholic bigots.
3) Realize that the Catholic Church offers the single best hope for salvation.
Jesus does that. Not a man made institution. That is gleaned from reading history as well as an understanding Scripture.
