Homosexual activists in Napa, a city of 75,000 in north-central California, are pressuring the local Rotary Club to rescind the appointment of a Catholic entrepreneur as grand marshal in the 4th of July parade.
Tim Busch reportedly donated $10,000 to support Proposition 8, the 2008 California ballot initiative that defined marriage as the union of a man and a woman.
We choose people who are the backbone of Napa, parade organizer Doris Gentry told the Napa Valley Register.
