100 years ago, homosexuality was almost university condemned, as paedophilia is now. 50 years later, the push for the normalisation of homosexuality began in earnest, leading to the situation that exists today. It would be a terrible mistake to assume even dearly held and universal moral values will be perceived as such even a few decades down the line. It is frightening how quickly and how radically society’s moral values have changed in the space of a single lifetime, and there is nothing to suggest this trend will stop any time soon.
Indeed. I figure “pedophilia is the new gay” will be a common saying relatively shortly.
