I know for a fact that local SBCs can and do kick out wrong doers.
But what has happened to the guy who married his gay son in a SBC church?
Yes, there is a lot of local control, and that is great. But what happens when the local congregation goes off the rails?
Though I will admit, with the ecclesiastical structure of most SBC churches that I have had (limited) contact with, that usually isn’t an issue.
