What I don’t get is, I don’t recall any priest ever going to a Baptist church for example (I can’t list all 51,00 different Proddy churches) and molesting their kids. So why won’t they leave us alone. We know there has been a problem and it’s being dealt with. Why can’t they just MTOB? Just curious.
HaHa...I've never seen a list of priests who have been relieved of their poition by any of your popes...Who's to say the emissaries weren't as queer as football bats??? Or the one who sent them???

Priests were married men in the Bible and for many centuries in the Catholic Church as well.
Celibacy was institutionalized in the Church after the Middle Ages, largely to fight corruption such as simony and nepotism.
