Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem
Our Father in Heaven,
We Praise Your Holy Name!
You Alone Are Worthy of Worship,
For You Alone Are The One True God.
Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent,
Teach us To Be Open to Opportunities,
And Teach Us Listen to Your Voice.
You Know Us Inside and Out,
And We Can Hide Nothing From You.
We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection
and Prosperity of their Nation.
We Also Pray For Revival in our own Beloved USA.
We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.
Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.
Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem
God sometimes puts the most unusual people into our lives! In the Ancient Greco/Roman Culture, as well as the Jewish Culture of that time, Black Africans were considered quite exotic and foreign. As well as being a Black man, this gentleman was in a position of power and authority, as he was being carried about in a chariot with a driver. He could read and displayed a powerful intellect, as he was reading from the Text of Isaiah, in the Greek Septuagint Version. He was also a eunuch, which was both a handicap (for obvious reasons) and an advantage in those days. Eunuchs often rose to positions of great power in the pagan world, but in Israel, they were not allowed to minister in the Temple.
Now he asks a stranger (who probably looked like a ruffian) to explain the Scriptures to him. Upon hearing the Good News, he immediately asks to be baptized in some roadside water!
We encounter all kinds of interesting people in our lives, and sometimes the opportunity to share the Good News is handed to us on a silver platter. Other times it is not as obvious. May God grant that we be open to His Leading and be able to recognize such "Divine Appointments".
Come and Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and for Our Beloved Nation.
Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.
Hallelujah and Amen

The process of salvation, is faith in the works of Jesus Christ. It is repentance of our sins, in truth, turning away from them and following in the steps and image of Jesus Christ.
We pray for the peace of Israel, Jerusalem, for the persecuted believers, the lost, the captives, the brokenhearted. Forgive us LORD. Help us to be pleasing before Thee. Increase our faith, in Jesus name. Amen.
