The Amplified Bible translates as: Eph 3:20-21
20 - Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, over and above all that we [dare] ask or thing [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams] -
21 - Now to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations for ever and ever. Amen [So be it].
I love this version because it is translated from the Greek language which is very flowery and amplified.
It’s also very special because it exploded inside my heart while I was learning to memorize it in Bible School.
YES!! The Amplified is my Bible of choice as well. Many people are “offended” by it, so we rarely use it on these threads. However, like you, it makes the scriptures come alive in understanding for me.
