Why is “gay, Christian and Celebate” supposedly “changing”?
It used to be all or nothing: gay and an active sodomite or somehow convert into not having unnatural urges.
Here, they acknowledge God’s law, don’t do this particular sin, but don’t try to fake normal. They have a weakness for a given sin and don’t induldge in it.
I think the idea of celibacy changes the debate, because such a homosexual is not acting out homosexual behavior. My interpretation of all of this, is that they still feel homosexual leanings, but decide not to act on those feelings.
