Jesus showed his disaproval of the riches of the churches, he turned over the money changers tables. He was against the organized big churches of his day. So they conspired to have him killed. The priests had him killed. They knew he wanted them to change their evil ways.
What were "money changers," and why was Jesus angry with them? What do you base your opinion on?
If Jesus was against "big churches," why did He found one? Or do you mean that he opposed large buildings of worship? If so, what is your evidence?
