I don't really care what Martin Luther had to say on the subject. Scripture does not record any physical assumption of Mary like it did with others. Without that record, Mary died physically, and we should not pray to her, or try to communicate with her.
Besides--why would a God who loves me enough to suffer, bleed and die for ME, not listen to me directly? Why should I go through Mary?
