Homosexuals have never been banned from marching in the St. Patrick's Day parade ever. Undoubtedly, over the decades thousands of homos have marched in the parade and others like it. Except few knew they were homos.

Homo groups have been banned as have been other groups with a political message. I'll bet the commie mayor of NYC put the arm on the parade organizers.
