The way the particular cases in the article is presented, a guy with an annulment (fine, in theory at least) is marrying a single mother whose children he is NOT the father of.

By your reasoning a widow with children can’t remarry in the church? Ridiculous.

So what??

I’m a single mother who was a cradle Catholic but was away from the church for many years. Now that I know my faith & understand why it teaches what it does, I’m back 100%. My boyfriend and soon-to-be fiancé is in a similar situation. He strayed from the church, married a Catholic hater, ended up divorced after 18 months and is not the father of my child. But we now are together, partake in the sacraments, and are talking about getting engaged very soon. We do not live together & abide by church teachings

So again I ask you, so what??
