But maybe you can tell me something. Why do your fellow Catholics and Orthodox so hate and despise rural American Protestant Fundamentalists while praising their own unlearned peasants to the skies? Are poor rural Americans and poor Guatemalans/Greeks/Slavs/whatever really so different from each other? Why are other peasants so good and American peasants alone so bad?
Your co-religionists sound like white liberals who despise white Protestant Fundamentalists while practically worshiping their Black mirror reflections as "gxds."
