Might as well just admit that a certain somebody was a wee bit hasty on the trigger. The only people who have been "a wee bit hasty on the trigger" are the idiots who've claimed that Catholics on Free Republic never ever post about, never ever think about, and never ever belittle or criticize anyone else's beliefs EVER EVER EVER.
On a different note, if a Protestant speaks in the forest and there are no Catholics around to hear him, is the Protestant still engaging in Catholic bashing?

exactly is the problem with this thread?
For the life of me, I can't see one. It's message, from where I stand, is that the suffering of Christians (mainly Catholic and Orthodox) in Iraq and Syria is leading evangelicals to find common ground with their Christian brothers and sisters in the East and awakening an appreciation for their deep faith.
IMHO, its message is overwhelmingly positive.
Maybe that's the problem.
