Right, it's up to States to enforce and to only recognize Normal Marriage between
one Man and one Woman. The squawkers can bitch all they want but the States have
that power, not SCOTUS. They are not interpreting law, they're forcing a sick ideology
on the citizenry and trying to wear us down. And it's working until Real Americans
rise up and tell them they mean nothing to us anymore.
If they can break oath then we can ignore them completely until our Gov decides to
abide by the Constitution and the rights of the people.

During the 2012 Republican presidential debates, Newt Gingrich brought up removing entire issues from the purvey of a politicized judiciary. But the Republican establishment shut him down and claims such a position is extreme and will cost votes.

Gingrich was the only candidate in the field that I liked. He was the only candidate that Obama and the Dems feared. Their allies in the GOP came through and ensured that there was no actual debate prior to the election.
