Wonder why this author believes that this author is not part and parcel of the government? Never understood people believing such. Author, of this piece, must never have learned the truth. The are segments of all governments. One segment is the elected or appointed. One segment is all the people not elected or appointed. Last time I counted the number of people not elected or appointed we outnumbered the elected and appointed. Guess the author does not understand that truth.
