nonsense...for the first 1,600 years of Christianity, ALL Christians were Catholic...there were no other "denominations". When the so called reformation took place, people who were drawn away from the church and formed their own so called "denominations"
Your knowledge is not as sure as you think. That's just plain inaccurate and incomplete history. But then, I'm not a lifelong member of the RCC and have no vested interest in this tale.

I stand corrected....I should have said that al TRUE Christians were Catholic....there were a few groups declaredto be teaching falsehoods who called themselves followers....they were in error.
