I came to FR to early this morning before the latest had been posted, was very surprised there was so few talking about it, but I see the latest stories are now posted, the one I heard on tv.

I’m awaiting a final document from this get-together; when people hinted the Second Vatican Council was going to turn everything on its head (especially artificial contraception), the let-down that resulted left many western Catholics feeling alienated. I think that may be different this time, since most who didn’t “feel welcome” have already left (and won’t be back).
