Good thread, but no audio for me.

I believe the reason people are doing all of the wrangling is that is what it takes to keep religion running strong.

Just like running a business, people get tired of the same old thing but if you show something new every day or two they will come in to see what`s new and maybe purchase it even if it is just junk.

Religion is one of the biggest money making businesses in the world so it is not likely that anything is going to change for the better.

I will have to admit Psalm 90 is a little deep for me, I prefer to read what Jesus said in the Gospels, I at least think I understand it better.

I understand you. God’s Word is so rich it covers every angle. Listening, as I recommended, is more for savoring. It cannot replace study, but I feel it enhances it (I’m almost done with a study in Galatians, and the ten times or so I listened to it beforehand was a great help to get a lay of the land)..
