As a person, the Pope is not infallible. Nor are his non official statements on the various subjects or theology.
The question is whether Francis will make an official statement on the Faith that could contradict Church teachings.
Unfortunately, I think Francis will do it.

He then becomes an Apostate and can be ignored by anyone, including the Bishops.
