the paragraph of the text which outlines the differing opinions regarding the readmission of remarried divorcees to the sacraments obtained 104 votes in favour and 74 against. The paragraph on homosexuality has been modified after 118 Synod Fathers voted in favour and 62 against, despite the fact it makes reference to the Catechism. These points did not therefore receive the unanimous consensus of the Synod: An absolute majority was obtained but not a qualifying majority

Since Pope Francis will be appointing all new Bishops, the future does not bode well.
So apparently 118 bishops voted for homsoexuality and against the bible? I thought that you had to be Christian to be Catholic and you had to be Catholic to be a bishop. These guys obviously are not either
Some families may comprise members who are attracted to members of the same sex. The Synod has reflected on the kind of pastoral care that should be provided to people who find themselves in this situation, bearing the teaching of the Church in mind: "There is no basis whatsoever to assimilate or to draw even remote analogies between same-sex unions and the plan of God for marriage and the family. Nevertheless, men and women with homosexual tendencies must be accepted with respect and sensitivity. [However], in their regard should be avoided every sign of unjust discrimination (Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith).
Not sure why you think a vote in favor of that is "against the bible".
You have the numbers backwards. The majority of the bishops 118 voted to NOT HAVE the ORIGINAL language about homosexuals in the final report. In otherwords they are conservatives and live the faith, not radical liberal bishops that need to join the Anglican Church.
I’m afraid it’s you that has it wrong

The votes were for continuing dialog and nothing else. Doctrine does not change. In no way shape or form did it mean bishops now want to let unrependent homosexuals up for communion and allow them get “married”.
Did you not read the referenced web page?
... “the VOTING RESULTS of the Synod WITH RESPECT TO THE TWO PRINCIPAL TOPICS that were debated. admission to the Sacraments of those divorced and remarried: 104 in favor, 74 not in favor; with respect to gay unions: 118 placet and 62 non placet. That signifies that the majority of two thirds that was called for as a basis for specific passages to be considered as the expression of the Synod was not there. But this also shows that we came close to that two thirds majority”
You need to go back and read my reply with is fact.
