You’ve likely bitten into the Agenda that’s pushing this or you wouldn’t have erred so greatly in your misuse of scripture references. You need to pay attention to ‘who’ Jesus was speaking to.
I say again....Jesus called them snakes and vipers....then he walked away from them after pronouncing many Woes. I’m sure you know where to go to read this.
Islam is poison and it will poison any church who unties with it....which it’s already doing. Anyone who thinks otherwise is worse than a fool.

I think we're talking past each other: I said nothing about uniting with Islam — my point is this: as Christians we need to be actively involved in the world, as James put it faith without works is dead. Jesus said it as well, besides the great commission, he said: I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.

But, I'm most interested in your accusation: that I have erred in my use of scripture. — keeping in mind that I was saying that we should evangelize other faiths, proclaiming Jesus to them, please show me where and how.

Islam is not a “faith”...it’s a political, militant ideology bent on the destruction of all who do not convert to that ideology which is “masked” as a religion to the uninformed.

When a church invites an Islamic Leadership into a “shared” event as they are promoting here they have “United With” them.
