Exactly. As far as I’m concerned, anyone who tries to stir trouble between Protestants and Catholics is no friend of Christianity.
It’s so futile imo because in the end I don’t believe God cares so much about what religion one practiced but rather what the nature of their heart is.
Then there are a lot of folks at FR who are no friend of Christianity. You can't go to a single even remotely religious thread without seeing it turn into a Catholic versus Protestant fight. And, it's the same people on both sides every time. Not to mention the threads, like this one, designed to attack the other side. I, for one, am extremely tired of it and don't understand why it is allowed to continue. It does nothing to further the cause of Christ or bring glory to God, which is what we are supposed to be doing. Nor does it do anything to advance the cause of conservatism, which is what I thought this site was for.
