Hello pbear. I have attended latin mass in the morning several times at your incredible historic church, even the stations of the cross. I found it very beautiful and moving. I especially loved seeing the home-school kids with their families in the fews and kissing the feet of the Jesus on the crucifix. Have you fixed the sign outside that says there is evening Mass on Saturday?

A few years ago, I gave the Rev. a gift certificate to The Sausage Shop as an Easter gift. They later told me, he was very happy to redeem it there. I also promised to talk to three Germans or Austrians ( that I did not know) that had not been to church for a while. One woman said that she was very excited to meet the reverend, and she gave me a German chocolate candy to give to him.She said she would go when her mother visited from Germany.

Thank-you so much for the lovely invitation to attend St. Gianna. I am touched by it. I hope that everyone is over the trauma of the fire and this Christmas season finds you all close to each other and feeling the embrace of His love.

Please give my regards to the reverend. Tell him I am the lady that gave him my pictures of the 32 parishes in our dioceses I attended Mass during the Easter Lent.

God Bless you are your treasure of a church and all the parishioners who keep the Holy Spirit alive in Tucson.

Thank you for your lovely reply Lulu. I do not live in AZ but know the new Canon at St Gianna. They rotated rectors after Chapter Meeting this summer and the new guy is one of the first Americans ordained for the ICKSP. He likes Tazo chai in case anyone asks. A Blessed Advent to you.
