Haven’t noticed any if the Baptist ladies coming over to our Catholic Church with bombs. They seem to be heavy on dishes involving mayo, while the Lutherans and Methodist bring chicken and green beans.

Seriously, I am Catholic, and this is a great reminder that the Pope is just s man, and fallible except in the narrowest and most limited times.

For example here, I am happy to say he’s being stupid.

With lots of cream of mushroom soup as a base right? My Catholic bride had a bit of a shock the first time she went to a traditional Lutheran potluck. Every dish had cream of mushroom in it, and the dessert table was twice as long as the main course line.
