“If you believe you can support this opinion of yours with any facts, evidence or logic, please do.”

It is demonstrated by the personal experiences of many, many people, including myself.

It is demonstrated by the experiences of the 70,000 who witnessed the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima.

It is demonstrated by the experiences of those who witnessed the burbling forth of the spring at Lourdes.

It is demonstrated by about a metric ton of other experiences stretching back millennia, enough to justify a new wing to the library.

However, you have not examined any significant part of this evidence, and I predict that you will not.

As a body of evidence, these experiences are more than compelling.

“Until then, the syncretic history of the Roman denomination stands as Exibit A of my claim about a “Living Constitution.”

Exhibit A fails to constitute a prima facie case. It shows only that you know next to nothing about that which you revile.

Personal experiences arre great. Every pagan religion can claim them. Whirling dervishes whirl for a reason.

It is not surprising that as syncretism entered Catholicism,, doctrines had to justify the practices and new beliefs.

Now..in regards to your sole reliance on experiences to justify belief... Are you giving equal weight to the experiences of hundreds of millions of Protestant Christians...?

When will you be starting your thread to discuss this?

Best

To a True Believer; yes.

But to those who are aware of the Bible's CAUTION against such outward displays; not so much.
