Good grief. I suppose Hollywood types can't fathom being faithful to the actual Biblical account, and they need to "exert their inventive juices" or else explode... and then they scratch their heads and wonder why Christians don't come in droves to see it (they know better), and why seculars don't come to see it (they're resistant enough to Biblical themes to avoid even CGI-rich, high-star-power movies, especially in this economy).
