So if they were both done lovingly and with the best of intentions that makes it better?

God made our bodies perfect. To believe otherwise is heresy, as God is perfect.

The only point to contend with is rather as a Christian is something required of us or the parents to secure our place in heaven? That answer is no.

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9, NIV).

The moment Jesus died, our place was purchased through the ultimate sacrifice required under the law.

My point is circumcision is not required by my studies of the New Testament. Therefore why would we purposely destroy God’s creation?
Just because it’s what was done, and what our parents did doesn’t make it the best choice, or even required. So if it’s not required why do it?
Billions of people have amazingly had no issue, so if cleanliness is the only reason...

The Female version is designed to permanently harm the child. The male version is designed to help the child.

Under your logic, clipping your fingernails or getting a haircut is “destroying God’s creation”.
