This is to be expected in the run up to the Synod. The soil must be prepared for what will be sown in October. As the Synod draws closer, I expect the agitprop to increase logarithmically.

Ironically, given the confusion in the US Church, I think some of the most vocal and outspoken opposition to the deconstructionist agenda will come from this country. So it's rather......er.......interesting..... that in the month immediately preceding the Synod, the +Francis roadshow will be.....you guessed it.....in America.

Call me a cynic but I see this as part of an orchestrated campaign in which +Francis will attempt to go over the heads of potential opponents by painting them as naysayers to his populist charm offensive.
