I’m a Christian because of his saving grace.
As am I. I would add that it is the one and only church that can claim it was established by Jesus Christ. All the others are either splinter groups disagreeing with Church teaching (protestant) or those established by humans often claiming to have been informed by either Angels or Christ. I was very fortunate to have been raised a Catholic though I fell away for many years. Thank you Lord for giving us Your church.

What an incredible gift our Lord has given us: a Church in which we can intimately receive Him through the Holy Eucharist!

Commercials show only the good stuff, right? People are suckers for deep voices, good music, great photography, and a compelling story. Put them all together and the sheep start flocking. Kinda like Obama’s campaigns.
AMEN!
The greatest gift given to me by my parents
I’ve seen this video before. It’s a good one. I think it came out a few years ago when Benedict became Pope and called for a new kind of evangelization.
Different people are drawn to churches for different reasons. Some want food, fun, and frolic. Some want social networking and promises of prosperity. Some want culture, beauty, history, tradition.
Some want nothing more than to join with others in humble service to their King.
I saw one of those during college football season with Lou Holtz, which is odd because Notre Dame is moving away from Catholic teachings.
